My approach is to relieve immediate suffering and focus on goals, whether it be school, work, interpersonal and relational. I also incorporate Spiritual psychology techniques in sessions.

My Background
I hold a Masters in Counseling Psychology from New Jersey City University, collaboration with Rutgers University.
I believe therapy is an impactful investment in yourself, relationships and way of life. I use a psychodynamic, and cognitive behavioral approach when working with individuals. My passion is to help you overcome any unhealthy behavioral patterns, negative thoughts and personal challenges in your life. I believe that being a part of people's transformation towards positive change and life changing coping skills is truly rewarding.

As a Therapist, I bring insight from my own life experiences, clinical skills and work with diverse people and groups. I also gain a tremendous amount of strength, discernment, and wisdom, from faith, which develops my sense of value for every person.

During each session I try to create a warm, amicable and comfortable atmosphere to help those who want to live a fulfilling lifestyle.
I have experience in working with the following populations.

-
Adolescents
-
Adults
-
Women
-
